First prize for wrought iron - International fair of Modern Art in Paris - 1928
Officina Masetti was founded by grandfather Lorenzo who, with few tools and many skills, as the blacksmith of a village was capable of winning the "First Prize for Wrought Iron" at the Paris International Fair of Modern Arts in 1928. The early employment in the company of his son Silvio, who also turned to be an ingenious and skilled engineer, allowed to start manufacturing the first sturdy hydraulic trucks as early as in the 1950s, thanks to the experience pooled until then on agricultural machines. From that moment on all energies have been devoted to improving the formidable ally of all those working with the pallet handling of goods. The third generation was represented by Marco, who continued the activities of Officina Masetti and was well aware of the huge heritage available in terms of experience and values.

Thanks to a long collaboration with his predecessor, Marco managed to conjugate tradition, quality and technological progress, also by benefiting from the contribution of a team of collaborators who can always rise to challenges.
The fourth generation is represented by Francesca who, with great determination, is creating the prerequisites to face the difficult challenges of globalisation. This long development is a source of responsibility and pride, and we are certain that our commitment and passion will continue to drive our work..
